Well ... how shall I put it.
I cleared the bonus, wrote the support an email to tell them, to credit my account with the bonus...
They say I already received it, which is not true. Now I wasted my time at a Prima skin for nothing! Great.
I never heard of such a problem with Aspinalls, but as far as my experience goes, I wouldn't recommend playing there!
